OUR CUISINE

At Mussol, we wanted to bring the best of Catalan country towns and villages to the city, that’s why all our recipes are typical of Catalonia and are elaborated with the best raw material.



We search for only the best ingredients: artichokes from Prat, Catalan sausages (butifarra) from Montseny, beef from Osona, mushrooms from the Pyrenees, lamb from Ripollès, beans from Santa Pau, onions from Figueres and, of course, the coca bread is from Folgueroles! Our wine cellar is full of wines from the 11 Catalan designations of origin (Priorat, Empordà-Costa Brava, Alella, Terra Alta, Montsant, Penedès, Catalunya, Costers del Segre, Pla de Bages, Tarragona and Conca de Barbera).



Our establishments have gluten free menus with delicious culinary proposals. Also, we have a special menu for kids!
